Everything you need to know before your visit

Here at Everybody's Beautiful we aim to offer the highest standard of treatment and customer service. Please take a moment to read through our salon policies.

🎁 Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for an amount or treatment(s) of your choice. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Under no circumstances will a voucher be extended.

Treatments can be exchanged for another treatment of your choice. If your voucher is for a value and you don't use the total in one visit, your remaining balance will be held as credit until the expiry date of your voucher.

🏷️ Offers & Voucher Codes

Occasionally we run salon offers and also offers through promotional companies. These vouchers have an end date which is made clear at the time of purchase. Please take note of this — as salon spaces are limited, vouchers will not be extended past the end date. Please get these booked in as soon as you can to secure your preferred day.

📅 Booking Policy

We require a 25% deposit to be paid upon booking your appointment — even if you are going to be using a gift voucher. This is to reserve your therapist's time.

Your deposit can be refunded if you give more than 48 hours' notice prior to your appointment, whether to move or cancel. If you are paying by gift voucher and wish to use that alone, we can refund your deposit or leave a remaining balance on the voucher.

❌ Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that unavoidable events may crop up that could affect your booking. However, we request that where possible clients provide us with at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid the deposit being forfeited.

📱 Mobile Phones

To make your visit as relaxing as possible, we ask that all mobile phones be switched off or on silent during your appointment to avoid disturbing you or other customers. We understand that calls sometimes need to be taken — please take these outside where possible.

⚕️ Safety Precautions

A consultation form must be filled out prior to a treatment being given. Please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy when booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. We ask that you also keep us up to date with any changes to your details so that we can offer you the best service.

⏰ Punctuality

We kindly request that you arrive on time for appointments so that we can ensure the full treatment time is given to you and to prevent inconvenience to other clients. A consultation form will be filled out on your first appointment.

🚭 No Smoking Policy

The salon operates a strict no smoking policy.

📋 Client Consultations

All clients will be given a thorough consultation at their first visit. This information is completely confidential and will be updated if details change or checked every 6 months.

💳 Payment

We currently accept cash and card payments including smart pay options. We do not accept American Express.

💬 Complaints

We hope you are always delighted with your treatments and customer service. However, if you feel you have a complaint, we ask that you let us know. Please tell us at your appointment if you feel there have been any issues. If you leave and decide afterwards that you were not happy with anything, please contact us by phone or email (everybodysbeautiful@live.com) within 48 hours of your treatment.
